I understand that life happens, sometimes plans need to change, and Life gets to us and we forget However to ensure fairness to both my clients and Me I have listed my policies below! Cancellation Policy: I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If i am not notified within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a charge of 30% of the appointment cost will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. No show Policy: This will be %50 of the booked service total and will be required prepayment for a Future appointment Late Arrival Policy: If you are 15+ minutes late your appointment we will have to reschedule and it will be considered a no-show with a fee of %50 of that appointment cost. If you are running behind please notify me and I will be able to determine if we can continue with your appointment!!!
